January Update: Exciting New Features and Improvements

January has been an incredible month for us! We’ve added powerful new features like the abandoned cart recovery and flows, which have already helped our customers generate more leads through WhatsApp and use the plugin more effectively.

In this update, we’re introducing a much-requested feature: admin notifications for order status updates. Many of you reached out via support tickets asking for a separate message template option to notify admins when order statuses change. To make things simpler, we’ve added this functionality to the settings.

We’ve also included a minor bug fix to improve the overall experience.

How to Set Up Admin Notifications

1. Go to Plugin Templates under the plugin settings and update your plugin to the latest version.
2. For each order status, you’ll find options to enable notifications for both admins and customers. Simply enable the settings and test them.

1. When messages are sent, you can view them on the Order Details page.
