The WC Messaging Team plugin is an add-on for the WC Messaging Pro plugin, designed to enhance sales and team management functionalities. This plugin allows businesses to create dedicated teams to manage all WhatsApp chat messages effectively.

Two user roles can be assigned: WhatsApp Admins and WhatsApp Operators. Admins have the ability to view and edit all WhatsApp messages, while Operators can only access chats assigned to them. Chats can be assigned either manually or automatically based on specific criteria, streamlining the workflow.

Additionally, the plugin offers tools for analyzing team responses and behavior, making it easier to optimize communication strategies.

The WC Messaging Team plugin features both a web application and a mobile app, providing easy access to the WC Messaging dashboard so that operators and admins can log in to chats anytime and from anywhere.
