License & Support

Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase. A valid and active license key is required in order to get updates and support for purchased extensions.

You will get updates and new features for a period of one year after the purchase date. In some cases, if you fail to purchase or renew the plugin after one year, you can still use the last updated version. You need a valid license key to avail premium support from our team.

Additional Terms:
– Support, updates, and premium features are available under a separate commercial license.
– Redistribution of the premium version without authorization is prohibited.

Here’s a strong lifetime licensing rule to prevent misuse of your WooCommerce plugin:

Lifetime License Terms & Conditions

  1. Single-Domain Use: The lifetime license is valid for activation on one domain only. Once activated, it cannot be transferred to another domain.
  2. Non-Transferable: The license is strictly non-transferable and cannot be resold, shared, or distributed to any individual, business, or third party.
  3. No Resale or Redistribution: The license cannot be sold, sublicensed, or made available on any online or offline marketplace, forum, or any other medium.
  4. Domain Locking: Once activated, the license is permanently linked to the registered domain and cannot be reassigned, even if the website is no longer in use.
  5. License Verification: We reserve the right to periodically verify license usage to ensure compliance. Any violation may result in license suspension or termination without a refund.
  6. No Multi-Site or SaaS Usage: The license cannot be used for multi-site installations, SaaS platforms, or to provide services to multiple clients under a single license.
  7. Support & Updates: Lifetime access applies only to updates and support for the registered domain. If the domain is changed, a new license must be purchased.

Plugin updates

Updates are included for free for one year. If you have a valid and active license key, and your extension(s) support it, updates will be delivered automatically from the WordPress dashboard. If your extension(s) does not support automatic upgrades, then updates can be downloaded from the section “Orders” in your My Account page on our site.

 

Support

Support for purchased extensions is given up to one year from the purchase date. If you wish to get support after one year, you must renew your license key, purchase Priority Support access, or purchase a new license for the extension plugin you wish to get support for.

Our products are created for WordPress, open-source software released under the GNU public license http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html. Therefore, any part of our products which constitute a derivative work of WordPress is also licensed under the GPL 3.0.
