Dokan Order Approval plugin allows vendors to approve or reject the orders placed by customers before payment is processed.

IMPORTANT NOTE : This plugin will only work if you have either the Order Approval for Woocommerce or Order Approval for Woocommerce Pro plugin installed and activated.

This plugin is an upgraded version of our Order Approval plugin which is now even more compatible with the Dokan Multivendor Plugin.

By activating Dokan Order Approval plugin, shop owners and vendors will get extra features to the seller dashboard.

If an order got placed, it will be visible as a request in the vendor dashboard with a confirmation button. The payment can only be processed when the vendor accepts the order.

How does Dokan Order Approval plugin works?

This is a lightweight WordPress WooCommerce Plugin to enhance eCommerce experience. 

For example, If a customer adds different products from multiple sellers to their cart and places the order, 

• This plugin will notify the sellers about the received order. Vendors can view those information on their dashboard. If they can fulfil the order, the vendor can accept or else decline. ( An email with the payment link will be sent automatically if the vendor accepts the order ) If not, order reject email will trigger.
• The customer only has to do the payment, if the shop owner or vendor accepts the order. This is a pre order system and it can rectify the unnecessary refunds.
• This plugin will automatically convert the main order into different sub orders and send the approval to the vendor dashboard.
• There’s also an option to enable this plugin feature for all the products listed in the store or to specific products.
